Mark S. Greenstone specializes in consumer, financial fraud and employment-related class actions. Possessing significant law and motion and trial experience, Mr. Greenstone has represented clients in multi-million dollar disputes in California state and federal courts, as well as the Court of Federal Claims in Washington, D.C. Mr. Greenstone was appointed lead class counsel in Reniger, et al. v. Hyundai Motor America, et al., No. 4:14-cv-03612-CW (N.D. Cal.) (automobile defect class action settlement on behalf of approximately 70,000 Hyundai Santa Fe vehicle owners) and Story, et al. v. Mammoth Mountain Ski Area, LLC, No. 2:14-cv-02422-JAM-DB (E.D. Cal.) ($3.75 million Telephone Consumer Protection Act settlement on behalf of a class of approximately 35,000).

Mr. Greenstone received his training as an associate at Sheppard, Mullin, Richter & Hampton LLP where he specialized in complex business litigation relating to investment management, government contracts and real estate. Upon leaving Sheppard Mullin, Mr. Greenstone founded an internet-based company offering retail items on multiple platforms nationwide. He thereafter returned to law bringing a combination of business and legal skills to his practice.

Mr. Greenstone graduated Order of the Coif from the UCLA School of Law. He also received his undergraduate degree in Political Science from UCLA, where he graduated Magna Cum Laude and was inducted into the Phi Beta Kappa honor society. He is admitted to practice in state and federal courts throughout California.
